Postage & Packaging

Postage and Packaging: We post to addresses in the UK. Packaging costs are £2 per hamper (this includes a tough postal box, Recycled kraft paper, Natural fibre strap, and Natural fibre filling. Postage costs (First class delivery): £5.50 for Mini or Mid hampers, £9 for Big hampers. These costs have already been included in the hamper prices. Our packaging is made from recycled materials.

Royal Mail delivers to 99.9% of UK addresses. If an address is only reachable by boat or air, delivery will be on days with scheduled plane or ferry service, whenever operationally possible.

If the hamper is being sent as a gift, we would advise that you call the recipient to let them know to expect a delivery. Some customers find it helpful to send hampers to the recipient's work address.

Flavour, Colour and Size options Guide

We offer a variety of options with the following products; Cranfields Preserves, Jute Bags, Chiman's Spices, The Good range, Hand-made Aprons, Who's? Glass and the Eco cards. All have a variety of flavour, colour or type options for you to choose from when ordering. You can find these options on the product pages, access these from the product boxes that run down the right side of this page. If you order a hamper with more than 1 spice pack or jar of preserve, please choose a variety of flavours if you wish.

Returns, Refunds and Damages

Cancellation of Orders: Customers have the right to cancel their order without reason by informing us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods, and returning the goods to us. In this case they will receive a full refund less any charge for perishable goods which cannot be resold and any items which have been unsealed or consumed. Refund will take place within 30 days of written notice of cancellation once the hamper has been returned to us suitably packaged. All returned items must be in good condition. In these circumstances WildCurl will not be responsible for the cost of returning goods. Notification of order cancellation must be in writing.

Returns Policy: It is the policy of WildCurl to ensure that all our goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. To this end, we do not exchange food, beverage or any other item that has come into contact with the person. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Claims: Claims for damage or loss in transit will be met provided we are informed at once and it is confirmed in writing within 3 days of delivery. Damaged goods must be retained for inspection and WildCurl may wish to make arrangements for return of the goods to us at our expense. Returned goods should be clearly marked with the senders name and address.
